sans-serif;">一是先行先试，群众腰包鼓起来。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">小韩村历年来以种植小麦、玉米等传统作物为主，但传统作物价格上限低、产量不稳定，一亩地年均收入仅1500元左右，发展壮大村集体经济、提高村民收入成为村里头等大事。小韩村所在的师寨镇是全县毛木耳种植大镇，年均种植超过6000万袋，每袋利润1元左右。据统计，一个占地1亩左右的木耳棚，可种植3万袋毛木耳，收益达2万余元，相当于种植20余亩小麦、玉米的收入。但小韩村很多农户苦于没有资金、技术支持，不敢轻易尝试。为打破农户顾虑，小韩村书记魏千金决定先行先试，自掏腰包5万元，在小韩村建起了第一个木耳棚。工作之余，他就主动到其他村的木耳大棚里学技术、问经验，经过半年的努力，试种的4万袋木耳收益达到4万多元。看到良好的经济效益，小韩村的村民“蠢蠢欲动”，村书记“趁热打铁”，一方面广泛动员有意愿种植的农户纷纷加入，另一方面邀请农技专家和种植大户面对面技术指导，并帮助20余户农户协调申请小额贷款100多万元。伴随着种植户种植成功，越来越多的农户加入到食用菌种植队伍中来，现如今全村种植毛木耳1000万袋、平菇80万包、羊肚菌150余亩，人均收入增加1万余元，小韩村成了实实在在的食用菌特色种植村，村书记也成了名副其实的“木耳书记”。</span></p><p sans-serif;">二是菌光互补，棚下资源用起来。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">有了木耳种植的成功经验，村书记千方百计想扩大种植范围，但去哪找到土地成为新的问题。近年来，师寨镇积极响应国家绿色发展理念，先后规划建设光伏项目2400亩，由于光伏板下透光性差、光照不均匀，种植一般农作物收成不理想，造成光伏板下大量土地闲置浪费，但在村书记魏千金眼里，光伏板下的“空地”却是种植食用菌的“宝地”，光伏需日照，菌菇喜阴凉，可谓是一地两用、一举两得。通过与光伏公司多次磋商，小韩村以极低的价格承包了棚下土地，村集体联合种植大户投资50万元，在棚下种植木耳、双孢菇、羊肚菌等多种食用菌，在棚与棚之间的空地种植蔬菜、瓜果，实现了“棚顶发电、棚下种植”双重经济收入，每年村集体通过获取土地租让金、经营收益金、就业酬金、入股分红金等增收达10余万元。要想提高食用菌的附加值，必须走深加工这条路，小韩村采用“支部+种植户+企业”合作模式，积极招引食用菌深加工企业1家，研发生产木耳面膜、木耳酱、木耳酵素等深加工产品，企业与种植户签订订单协议，每年向企业提供220万斤新鲜木耳和60万斤干木耳，长期稳定的销路和价格更加激发农户的积极性。</span></p><p sans-serif;">三是转型升级，现代农业兴起来。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">木耳菌包的生产过程烦琐复杂，传统生产方式需要大量的人力物力，且效率较低，严重制约了小韩村食用菌发展壮大。为打破这一瓶颈，小韩村联合孙史庄村、汪屯村等其他种植村，投资500万元建设菌包集中加工厂，从掺料、拌料、烘蒸、装袋等多个环节全部实现机械化自动化生产，日产量25万袋、年产量2000万袋，与传统制作工艺相比，生产效率提升了三倍，每袋成本降低0.3元，相当于帮助一般农户增收几万元。更重要的是，加工厂直接将生产完成的菌包“送户入棚”，为种植户们提供了极大的便利，带动了更多“零基础、无设备”的农户种植木耳，加工厂收益按资金投入比例注入村集体账户，壮大集体经济收入。加工厂建成后，新增木耳种植户40余户，增产800万袋，预计村集体经济收入增加20万余元。</span></p><section sans-serif;">搭建“跨村联建”“村企共建”桥梁，统筹协调各项工作推进的组织体系，采取“企业+农村、强村+弱村”的方式结对，带动各村均衡发展、共同发展。以市场为导向，以主导产业为依托，实现农业生产与经营的一体化、规模化、专业化和现代化，促进农产品深加工、精加工，提高农业生产效率和附加值，推动农业由传统小农经济向现代市场经济转型。</span></p><section
