170);"><strong>《劳动合同示范文本》第十条第一款规定：“甲方按国家和地方有关规定为乙方缴存住房公积金，其中依法应由乙方缴纳的部分，由甲方从乙方工资报酬中代扣代缴。</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;">新修订的《集体合同》第三十一条规定：“甲方按规定为职工缴存住房公积金，双方商定年度住房公积金缴费比例”。如发生纠纷，由住房公积金管理部门按《住房公积金管理条例》等相关规定依法处理”。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px;">为职工缴存住房公积金是用人单位的法定义务，根据国务院《住房公积金管理条例》规定，</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">国家机关、国有企业、城镇集体企业、外商投资企业、城镇私营企业及其他城镇企业、事业单位、民办非企业单位、社会团体（以下统称单位）应当为其在职职工缴存住房公积金。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">用人单位与职工签订《劳动合同》后，必须依照法律法规及劳动合同约定建立住房公积金制度，并及时前往单位注册地所属公积金管理部门、政务服务大厅、住房公积金各缴存银行合作网点办理为职工设立住房公积金账户。</span><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122,
