YaHei;">承办检察官认为，被告人耿某某饮酒后驾驶机动车上道路行驶，并具有逃避公安机关依法检查的行为，其行为触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十三条之一第一款第（二）项，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应当以危险驾驶罪追究其刑事责任。3月26日，该案在丰县人民法院依法公开开庭审理，法院审理后采纳了检察机关认定的案件事实及量刑建议，并作出判决，判处耿某某拘役一个月五日，缓刑三个月，并处罚金人民币五千元。</span></p><p
