徐翔和刘大伟了解到，张梅梅背着两笔房屋抵押贷款、一笔信用贷，但她并不是这些贷款的实际使用人。民警初步判断，张梅梅所在公司很可能利用像她这样的“背债人”故意套取银行贷款。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> 犯罪团伙打着他人的幌子套取银行贷款，债务却要由他人来背，张梅梅就是一个典型的“背债人”。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> “你现在背负的债务总额已远高于你的实际收入能力，贷款逾期不还，不仅对你个人征信造成影响，你还有可能要承担法律责任。”徐翔耐心为张梅梅普法，逐渐赢得她的信任。最终，张梅梅详细地向民警讲述了事情的来龙去脉。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> 张梅梅文化程度不高，离异后独自赡养老人、抚养孩子，生活较为拮据。2020年夏天，张梅梅的“好姐妹”刘小红到她家串门，给没有工作的张梅梅带来一个“好消息”——“你到我们公司来，老板还能给员工买房，正好留给你儿子将来结婚用。”这句话，说到了张梅梅的心坎上。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> 经刘小红介绍，张梅梅顺利入职该公司，当上了朝九晚五的“上班族”。公司每天9时准时点名开晨会，迟到早退都需要报备。领导常常给员工大讲特讲孙子兵法、巴菲特投资财富学等“知识”，张梅梅听不明白，公司就安排给她一些杂活。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> 不久，公司老板“兑现”了买房承诺，称有一套房子房主急着卖，价格实惠、不能错过，拿走张梅梅的身份证和银行卡，表示查下征信就能办理买房手续。公司垫付了第一次买房的首付款，贷款部分也不需要张梅梅操心。公司老板为了激励员工，许诺只要介绍人进公司买房就可以获得提成，要求员工招揽社会人员加入公司。在提成的诱惑下，张梅梅没有拒绝公司第二次为其“购置”房产。但第一套房子尚未能入住，公司又开始为她“购置”第二套房子，张梅梅心里犯起了嘀咕。</p><p 徐州市公安局迅速成立专案组，全力开展案件侦破工作。经查，自2019年以来，王强伙同周光涛、黄光等犯罪团伙核心成员，在江苏徐州、安徽淮北等地注册公司、发布招聘信息，并伙同房产中介、信贷人员，一方面对二手房价格进行超额评估，另一方面在垫付购房首付款后以员工名义向银行申请房屋抵押贷款，待银行放贷后再伙同卖家将贷款占为己有。为“榨干”员工全部征信，王强犯罪团伙还以“背债人”名义成立空壳公司，制作虚假收入证明，将员工包装为公司高管等优质客户，向银行申请税贷、经营贷。这些“职业背债人”其实就是被犯罪团伙操纵的“工具人”，表面有房有公司事业有成，实际上背负着累累贷款，根本不具有还款能力。</p></section></section></section><section 深秋的凌晨，寒意笼罩，专案组民警紧张布控，眼见天色将明，却仍未能发现嫌疑人的蛛丝马迹。“再等一等，全员守好盯梢点。”指挥员发出命令。抓捕民警始终保持着清醒与警觉，不敢有丝毫松懈。2023年10月25日6时许，主要犯罪嫌疑人、涉案公司会计吴瑕终于出现在民警视线中。吴瑕匆匆忙忙骑着一辆电动自行车，到达王强办公室后再未出门。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> 为了避免打草惊蛇，抓捕民警决定按兵不动。不一会儿，王强、周光涛等人也陆续赶到办公室内。眼看犯罪嫌疑人已经聚集到一起，指挥员一声令下，守候多时的民警迅速冲入窝点，将尚在茫然中的犯罪嫌疑人全部抓获，当场查获会计凭证、银行卡、虚假合同、公证书等大量物证。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"> 经讯问，专案组得知犯罪团伙成员隐约感到不妙，于是相约到办公室内商量对策，准备销毁证据、卷款潜逃。幸亏专案组民警行动迅速，将这群狡猾的狐狸一网打尽。至此，这起骗取银行贷款案顺利告破，“背债人”背后的神秘“操盘手”终被抓获。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
