2px;">为深入贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，弘扬中华优秀传统文化，进一步加强我县非物质文化遗产保护工作，根据《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》和《江苏省非物质文化遗产保护条例》有关规定，进一步建立健全我县非物质文化遗产名录体系，决定开展第六批县级非物质文化遗产代表性项目推荐申报工作。现就有关事项通知如下：</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）条件</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">1.符合《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》对非物质文化遗产的定义以及《江苏省非物质文化遗产条例》的有关规定；</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2.符合社会主义核心价值观，对增强中华民族的文化认同、维护国家统一和民族团结、促进社会和谐和可持续发展有积极作用；</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3.体现中华民族优秀传统文化，具有较高的历史、文学、艺术和科学价值；</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">4.具有体现中华民族文化创造力的典型性、代表性；</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">5.具有鲜明的地域特色，在县内有较高的知名度和影响力；</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">6.在一定群体中或地域范围内传承三代以上，传承年限超过100年，且要求传承谱系清晰、明确，并以活态形式存在。</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（二）范围</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">1.口头传统文化</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2.传统表演艺术</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3.民俗活动</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">4.传统医药 </span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">5.传统手工艺术和技能</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">6.传统体育、游艺与杂技</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">7.与上述表现形式相关的文化空间</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="color: rgb(227, 39, 10);letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(227, 39, 10);font-size: 15px;">二、申报材料</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）<strong>申请报告</strong>：各镇（街道）文化站对申报工作总体情况进行说明，包括申报的项目数量、项目名称、项目类别、项目保护单位以及申报理由等，并附推荐汇总表（附件3）。 </span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（二）<strong>项目申报书</strong>：包括项目简介、具体信息、传承谱系、代表性图片、保护单位情况、保护计划。 </span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（三）<strong>辅助材料</strong>：项目申报视频、项目申报代表性图片、实物照片、工具、文献资料、社会荣誉、奖励、证书等。</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="color: rgb(227, 39, 10);letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(227, 39, 10);font-size: 15px;">三、申报程序</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">由项目所在地文化站对属地内的非物质文化遗产项目进行筛选、论证，确定符合申报标准的项目，然后由项目传承人填写申报书，并提供相关辅助材料。文化站汇总后报送至县非物质文化遗产保护中心办公室，截止时间为2024年2月20日。</span></p><p 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）各镇（街道）文化站要切实加强领导，精心组织实施。</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">充分发挥传承人、专家学者及各行业协会的作用，广泛听取意见，认真组织审核、评选和推荐，按照有关要求，切实做好推荐申报工作。</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（二）要认真准备相关材料，推荐材料精炼、准确、真实可靠。不符合推荐条件或材料不符合要求及超过报送时限的，不予受理。</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 8px 16px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing:
