2px;">面对生活无法自理的老人，侯美侠不仅用慈善之心送去关怀，还充分整合为老服务资源、创新体制机制，满足老年人医疗、精神需求，努力打通高质量养老“最后一公里”。近年来，她探索“医养结合+集中供养+社会养老”新模式，促成街道卫生院在养老院内设立科室和住院部，确保老人病有所医。为保障老人的护理质量，她对护理员定期开展培训，制定详细的查房、护理制度，不仅每位老人都有健康护理表，还会为老人统一配药、服药，贴心的她还根据老人健康状况合理分配房间，让老人之间能够相互照应。</span></section><section 2px;">为丰富老人精神娱乐生活，她精心组织，在养老院构建了1名党员联系10名护工和40位老人的“1+10+40”“情暖夕阳”工程，组织老人组建书画苑、健身队、戏曲协会，举办文艺演出，定期为养老院的党员老人开展党员教育活动，充分发挥老党员的示范带头作用。如今养老院的老人们既能感受到家的温暖，还能在参与活动中彰显个人价值，精气神更足了。</span></section></section></section></section><section
