2.125em;text-wrap: wrap;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(210, 41, 41);">在重点管理区内，禁止饲养大型犬和烈性犬；每户居民限养一条小型观赏犬；携犬外出时要给犬佩戴犬牌、束犬链，由完全民事行为能力人牵领。</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;text-wrap:
