0.034em;">三、关于施教区确认办法</strong></section><p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（一）坚持学生户籍与法定监护人在同一户籍、法定监护人居住房产证明与实际居住地保持一致的基本原则，公办学校施教区内生源过多时，优先接纳施教区内户籍、房屋产权证与实际居住地一致的学生入学。学生父母与他人共有房产的，其父母占有份额须在60%以上。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（二）为确保适龄儿童少年顺利入学，有下列情形之一者，可视为符合要求：</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.学生的户籍随父母一方在本地居住，另一方户籍不在本地，以在本地居住的父母一方的房产确定学生的施教区。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.学生的户籍随祖父母或外祖父母且在施教区内常住，其父母双方均为不在本县的现役军人（含武警）及公派出国工作的专家、技术人员，以其祖父母或外祖父母的房产确定学生的施教区。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.施教区的划分应以学生监护人的房产为依据，城区（主城区）无房产，以其祖父母或外祖父母的房产确定学生施教区的，须同时满足以下三个条件：①城区（主城区）户籍；②户籍随父(母)户籍和祖父母或外祖父母户籍在一起且从未迁移过，并在祖父母或外祖父母的房产内实际常住；③经核实学生父母双方在丰县城区均未有其他住房。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（三）施教区特殊情况确认方式</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.凭村镇房屋产权证入学的，户籍必须与产权证上的地址一致。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.货币拆迁且无其他房屋产权的，凭拆迁协议，以学生家庭的户籍确定其施教区。拆迁异地安置的，户籍地址必须和拆迁地一致。安置地未上房的，凭拆迁安置协议，按拆迁地确定其施教区；安置地已上房的，以安置地确定其施教区。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.适龄儿童少年父母新购房尚未取得房产证的，凭购房合同、购房发票和上房的相关证明材料确定其施教区。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4.学生监护人有唯一房产，但与户籍、实际居住地不一致的，按房产确定其施教区。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">5.未经县房管部门批准的，私自购房无法过户的房屋和商住房不作为认定施教区学校的依据。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">6.适龄儿童少年及其父母在户籍所在地属于空挂户且无产权房的，由县教育局统筹安排入学。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">7.父母离异的适龄儿童少年，依据法院判决书，以抚养权归属方的房产确定学生的施教区。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">8.以2020年七年级为基点，公办热点初中每3年，其施教区内同一合法固定住房只能安排一名学生入学，同一家庭的多子女除外。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">9.施教区审定中其他特殊情况的适龄儿童、少年，由县教育局统一安排入学。</span><span 17px;">（一）已购房的外来经商务工人员随迁子女入学。已购房的外来经商务工人员随迁子女，可自愿选择民办学校或房产所属施教区的公办学校，并按规定时间（初中：7月21-22日）到施教区的公办学校验审材料，报公办学校须提供以下材料：①学生父母或其他法定监护人的身份证复印件；②家庭户口簿；③结婚证或离婚证（还需提供法院判决书或离婚协议）；④出生证；⑤房产证或不动产权证(未办理房产证或不动产权证的，需提供购房合同、购房发票和上房的证明材料)；⑥初中报名需提供小学毕业证。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p><span 17px;">经评审认定引进的高层次人才的适龄子女在丰县接受义务教育，按照《中共丰县县委、丰县人民政府关于印发<丰县“凤城英才计划”实施办法>的通知》(丰委发〔2021〕16 号)相关规定安排入学。对烈士子女、符合条件的现役军人子女、消防救援人员子女、公安英模和因公牺牲伤残警察子女、因见义勇为死亡或者致残人员的适龄子女等优抚对象，必须于7月13日前分别向县委人才办、县武装部、县应急管理局、县公安局等有关单位（部门）提交申请及证明材料，由有关单位（部门）审核并在一定范围内进行公示后，连同优抚的相关文件，于7月21日前交县教育局，由县教育局统筹安排。因个人原因未在规定时间内提交申请及有关材料的，或未经有关单位（部门）审核认定并公示的，视为自动放弃。</span></p><p
