17px;">7月12-13日,六年级学生网上报名；每人每次只能选择一所学校，多选无效。（注意：①根据房产所在施教区报名；②已在丰县小学就读的学生，直接网上报名；③未在丰县小学就读的丰籍小学毕业学生，需到学校现场网上报名；④有房产的外来经商务工人员等其他人员子女，如已在丰县小学就读，直接网上报名；如未在丰县小学就读，需到学校现场网上报名；⑤无房产的外来经商务工人员等其他人员子女，于7月21-22日,带相关材料到原教育局（示范幼儿园东）一楼验审，符合条件的统筹安排学校。）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">（二）现场材料验审</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.验审时间：7月21-22日 上午：8:00—11:30 下午：2:30—6:00</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.验审地点：丰县康桥路学校行政楼一楼</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.现场提交报名材料，<strong>自备档案袋</strong>装入以下材料：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">①学生父母或其他法定监护人的身份证复印件；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">②家庭户口簿；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">③结婚证或离婚证（还需提供法院判决书或离婚协议）；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">④出生证；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">⑤房产证或不动产权证(未办理房产证或不动产权证的，需提供购房合同、购房发票和上房的证明材料)；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">⑥小学毕业证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4.具体流程</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（1）监护人带学生在校门口排队，依次领取验审组别号及验审时间安排；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（2）学生排队到行政楼报名处，认真倾听现场工作人员讲解，领取、填写《材料袋封面》及《报名表》（学生自带黑色水笔），并将《材料袋封面》粘贴在档案袋上，然后携带档案袋及报名表，按照分组号分别进入相应验审室，自觉排队验审材料。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（3）现场验审结束后，学校留下报名材料进一步审查，并发放“材料领取凭证”。（加盖学校印章的“材料领取凭证”作为领取材料的唯一凭证，请妥善保管）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">只要在规定时间内报名验审且符合入学条件，不分先后均能入学。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">（</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>三）录取时间</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.8月2日，通过学校门口公示栏公布新生录取名单，学生监护人凭“材料领取凭证”，领取录取通知书、报名材料、学习材料等。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.补充录取：8月7日，我校公布第二批录取名单。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">补录条件：因特殊原因未被我校录取的学生，有房产的，直接到我校现场网上报名并验审材料；其他特殊情况的到原教育局（示范幼儿园东）一楼，符合城区初中入学条件的由教育局统筹安排。</span></p></section></section><section style="padding: 25px 15px;"><section 17px;">7月21-22日到学校验审材料，须提供以下材料：①学生父母或其他法定监护人的身份证复印件；②家庭户口簿；③结婚证或离婚证（还需提供法院判决书或离婚协议）；④出生证；⑤房产证或不动产权证(未办理房产证或不动产权证的，需提供购房合同、购房发票和上房的证明材料)；⑥小学毕业证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">（二）无房产的外来经商务工人员随迁子女入学。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">无房产的外来经商务工人员随迁子女，可自愿选择民办学校或7月21-22日带相关材料到原教育局（示范幼儿园东）一楼验审，符合条件的由教育局统筹安排。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.无房产的外来经商人员随迁子女入学。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">符合条件的外来经商人员随迁子女入学七年级的，带相关材料于7月21-22日到原教育局（示范幼儿园东）一楼验审。报名时须持的材料：①父母的居住证（原件且不少于半年）、身份证复印件；②家庭户口簿；③结婚证或离婚证（还需提供法院判决书或离婚协议）；④出生证；⑤父母在丰县经商证明(经商人员出具经营期已满半年以上的工商营业执照)；⑥随迁子女父母在丰县现居住地居住不少于半年的证明(租房居住的出具租赁合同原件、复印件和房产证明复印件)；⑦小学毕业证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.无房产的外来务工人员随迁子女入学。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">符合条件的外来务工人员随迁子女入学七年级的，带相关材料于7月21-22日到原教育局（示范幼儿园东）一楼验审。报名时须持的材料：①父母的居住证（原件且不少于半年）、身份证复印件；②家庭户口簿；③结婚证或离婚证（还需提供法院判决书或离婚协议）；④出生证；⑤父母在丰县务工证明(务工人员出具与用人单位签订的用工期已满半年以上的劳动合同)；⑥随迁子女父母在丰县现居住地居住不少于半年的证明(租房居住的出具租赁合同原件、复印件和房产证明复印件)；⑦小学毕业证。</span></p></section></section><section style="font-size:22px;color:#333;letter-spacing:1px;margin-left:10px;"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>引进高层次人才及相关优抚对象子女入学</strong></span></p></section></section><section style="color: rgb(62, 58, 57);font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 1px;text-align: left;line-height: 2.5em;margin-right: 5px;margin-left: 5px;margin-top: 5px;"><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">经评审认定引进的高层次人才的适龄子女在丰县接受义务教育，按照《中共丰县县委、丰县人民政府关于印发<丰县“凤城英才计划”实施办法>的通知》(丰委发〔2021〕16 号)相关规定安排入学。对烈士子女、符合条件的现役军人子女、消防救援人员子女、公安英模和因公牺牲伤残警察子女、因见义勇为死亡或者致残人员的适龄子女等优抚对象，必须于7月13日前分别向县委人才办、县武装部、县应急管理局、县公安局等有关单位（部门）提交申请及证明材料，由有关单位（部门）审核并在一定范围内进行公示后，连同优抚的相关文件，于7月21日前交县教育局，由县教育局统筹安排。因个人原因未在规定时间内提交申请及有关材料的，或未经有关单位（部门）审核认定并公示的，视为自动放弃。</span></p></section></section><section style="font-size:22px;color:#333;letter-spacing:1px;margin-left:10px;"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>施教区确认办法</strong></span></p></section></section><section style="color: rgb(62, 58, 57);font-size: 14px;letter-spacing: 1px;text-align: left;line-height: 2.5em;margin-right: 5px;margin-left: 5px;margin-top: 5px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（一）坚持学生户籍与法定监护人在同一户籍、法定监护人居住房产证明与实际居住地保持一致的基本原则，公办学校施教区内生源过多时，优先接纳施教区内户籍、房屋产权证与实际居住地一致的学生入学。学生父母与他人共有房产的，其父母占有份额须在60%以上。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（二）为确保适龄儿童少年顺利入学，有下列情形之一者，可视为符合要求：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.学生的户籍随父母一方在本地居住，另一方户籍不在本地，以在本地居住的父母一方的房产确定学生的施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.学生的户籍随祖父母或外祖父母且在施教区内常住，其父母双方均为不在本县的现役军人（含武警）及公派出国工作的专家、技术人员，以其祖父母或外祖父母的房产确定学生的施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.施教区的划分应以学生监护人的房产为依据，城区（主城区）无房产，以其祖父母或外祖父母的房产确定学生施教区的，须同时满足以下三个条件：①城区（主城区）户籍；②户籍随父(母)户籍和祖父母或外祖父母户籍在一起且从未迁移过，并在祖父母或外祖父母的房产内实际常住；③经核实学生父母双方在丰县城区均未有其他住房。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（三）施教区特殊情况确认方式</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1.凭村镇房屋产权证入学的，户籍必须与产权证上的地址一致。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.货币拆迁且无其他房屋产权的，凭拆迁协议，以学生家庭的户籍确定其施教区。拆迁异地安置的，户籍地址必须和拆迁地一致。安置地未上房的，凭拆迁安置协议，按拆迁地确定其施教区；安置地已上房的，以安置地确定其施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.适龄儿童少年父母新购房尚未取得房产证的，凭购房合同、购房发票和上房的相关证明材料确定其施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4.学生监护人有唯一房产，但与户籍、实际居住地不一致的，按房产确定其施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">5.未经县房管部门批准的，私自购房无法过户的房屋和商住房不作为认定施教区学校的依据。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">6.适龄儿童少年及其父母在户籍所在地属于空挂户且无产权房的，由县教育局统筹安排入学。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">7.父母离异的适龄儿童少年，依据法院判决书，以抚养权归属方的房产确定学生的施教区。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">8.以2020年七年级为基点，公办热点初中每3年，其施教区内同一合法固定住房只能安排一名学生入学，同一家庭的多子女除外。</span></p></section></section><section style="padding: 25px 15px;"><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2.每位学生在每一批次只能选报1所民办学校或1所公办学校，民办学校与公办学校不能兼报，所有报名信息经确认后，不得修改。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.按照录取批次，每位学生只有一次录取机会，录取后的学生不能进行第二次报名，请家长慎重选择。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
