<p><span style="font-size:16px;">“打个电话，每小时可获取300元的报酬！”明知对方此举是在实施诈骗，李某还是没能抵住金钱的诱惑，一有空便按照对方下发的名单拨打电话，之后李某的电话号码被标记为诈骗电话，很快就被封号。目前，李某因涉嫌诈骗已被公安机关依法采取刑事强制措施。</span></p>
