6月起实施！你的医疗保障将有这些变化

justify;">1月19日，江苏省十四届人大一次会议审议通过了《江苏省医疗保障条例》，该条例将于今年6月1日起实施。这也是我省首部医疗保障领域专项法规，在待遇保障、提升、改进等方面，有诸多亮点。为此，江苏广电融媒体新闻中心邀请到了参与这部法规起草、修改的南京大学卫生政策与管理研究中心主任顾海教授，进行解读。</span><br/></p><p><section style="font-size:16px;">值得关注的是，《江苏省医疗保障条例》在全省范围内统一了退休人员的缴费年限，不但取消了连续缴费年限的限定，而且放宽了累计缴费年限的计算标准，<strong><span style="color: rgb(30, 90, 162);">职工和灵活就业人员达到退休年龄时，累计缴费年限男性满25年、女性满20年，就可以享受退休人员基本医保待遇</span></strong>，并且，省内各统筹区要互认并累计计算缴费年限。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span red;">通过补差的钱达到这样的年限，就可以享受退休人员的基本医保。《江苏省医疗保障条例》规定城乡居民医保转为职工医保的时候，可以通过补差或折算等方法与职工医保合并计算。职工医保缴费是比较多的，居民医保缴费相对比较少，通过补差的方式，原来是居民医保就可以享受职工医保的待遇。</span></span></p></blockquote><section data-role="title" red;">还是因为集采进入目录的，定点医院应当在一个月内将药品纳入采购目录范围。下一步再和物流公司挂上钩，或者联网的话，对于一些老年人，包括残疾人、孕产妇、慢性病患者来说，可以在家里面收到这个药，极大地方便了人民群众的就医需求。</span></span></p></blockquote></section></p><p><section data-role="outer"
