16px;">按照我市中考招生工作日程安排，目前已经完成第三批次第1小批学校（五年制高职和技工院校技师专业）的批量投档和录取工作，考生可通过市教育考试院网站（www.jsxzeea.cn）查询录取结果、下载电子录取通知书和新生报到须知。为了满足广大考生就读五年制高职和技工院校技师专业的愿望，市教育考试院将开通网上填报系统征求志愿，请符合条件的考生按时填报，具体要求如下：</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);font-weight: bold;">一、征求志愿填报时间安排</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">7月17日10时起至16时止。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);font-weight: bold;">二、征求志愿计划及各学校专业组最低投档资格线</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">征求志愿计划为五年制高职及技工院校技师专业批量投档录取后未完成的招生计划，各学校专业组最低投档资格线为各学校专业组批量投档的投档分数线。征求志愿计划和各学校专业组最低投档资格线详见附件《第三批次第1小批征求志愿招生计划表》。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);font-weight: bold;">三、填报征求志愿的资格要求及投档录取办法</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">1.已填报第二阶段学校志愿未被录取，并有意愿就读该批次学校的考生。未填报第二阶段志愿但符合征求志愿要求的考生也可填报。如果填报本次征求志愿并被录取，将不能再被填报的第2小批（中职-高职3+3、技工院校高级工）和第3小批（中等专业学校和技工院校中级工）志愿学校录取。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">2.考生中考成绩须达到所报学校专业组的投档分数线。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">3.征求志愿仍采用平行志愿按照“学校专业组”投档方式进行投档录取。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);font-weight: bold;">四、征求志愿填报办法</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">征求志愿填报仍采用网上志愿填报，填报网址：徐州市教育考试院网站（www.jsxzeea.cn）。在规定的时间内，考生及其监护人可填报、修改、保存志愿。考生及其监护人在志愿填报截止时间前最后一次保存（提交）的志愿信息作为考生最终志愿。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">如考生不具备网上填报志愿所需的计算机设备，可向所在初中学校或当地招考部门提出帮助申请。如考生遗忘个人密码，可联系所在初中学校或当地招考部门申请密码重置。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);font-weight: bold;">五、注意事项</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">1.必须在规定时间内填报志愿。为确保填报志愿工作的公平、公正，填报志愿时间截止时，系统将自动关闭并锁定考生志愿库，考生将不能再填报和修改志愿。请考生在规定时间内尽早上网填报，避免错过填报时间。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">2.必须由考生及其监护人自主填报志愿。考生不得向任何学校和个人提供动态口令卡及密码，在未正式录取前，招生学校与考生签订的关于招生录取的所有承诺均无效。请考生及监护人注意维护自己的合法权益，自主填报。</span></span></span></p><p 16px;">3.必须选择有招生资格并在我市有招生计划的学校。凡在我市有招生计划的学校，在《2025年徐州市中考指南》和市教育考试院网站（www.jsxzeea.cn）公布其招生代码和招生计划。考生必须通过徐州市中考志愿填报系统填报志愿方可被录取并取得学籍。录取结果可通过市教育考试院网站查询，也可到当地招考机构查询。</span></span></span></p><p
