16px;">（1）复审时需提供报名信息相关证明材料原件，包括：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">①2025年江苏省徐州市选聘“名校优才”报名表（签字版）；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">②本人有效期内身份证；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">③高校就读期间已取得的各学段毕业证、学位证，以及学信网中查验的各学段《教育部学籍在线验证报告》；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">④应届毕业生应提供《毕业生双向选择就业推荐表》，已参加工作的须提供现单位同意应聘证明或个人承诺书；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">⑤党组织开具的中共党员（含预备党员）证明；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">⑥高校就读期间担任学生干部的任职文件、聘书或由学校相关单位按照学生干部管理权限出具的任职证明；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">⑦高校就读期间获得的国家奖学金、校二等及以上奖学金和三好学生（优秀学生）、优秀学生干部、优秀党（团）员、优秀党（团）干部等院系级及以上综合性表彰奖励证明；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">⑧资格证书等其他相关证明材料。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2）提供虚假信息或无法提供相关证明材料（承诺书）的，视为复审不通过，取消面试资格；因各种原因未参加资格复审的，视为自动放弃面试资格。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 32px;"><span style="font-size:
