2px;">陈家振今年67岁，是丰县梁寨镇畜牧兽医站的退休干部。他幼年患脊髓灰质炎致右腿残疾，初中毕业后因身体和家庭原因失学。1977年，他被组织推荐到梁寨镇畜牧兽医站工作，一干就是40年。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 2px;">“曾经也有晋升和进城的机会，我都放弃了。只有扎根基层一线，服务农户才能更有针对性、更接地气。”陈家振回忆道，工作期间，他率先提出工厂化养羊概念，牵头成立“江苏丰县合作种羊场”，实现羊群从百只到万只的突破。</span></section></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;line-height: 2px;">退休后，陈家振并未停下脚步。他继续开展养殖技术攻关，参与省重大科技项目4项，将物联网技术引入肉羊养殖，形成工厂化养羊技术体系。他获得国家发明专利授权2项、实用新型专利授权13项，荣获农业农村部神农中华农业科技奖2项。在他的带动下，工厂化养羊模式在全国逐步推广。</span></p><p><section style="text-align: center;letter-spacing:
