16px;">该案源于一起运输合同纠纷案，经判决，吕某应支付袁某货物运输费4.5万元，判决生效后，吕某未履行生效裁判文书确定的还款义务，袁某遂向本院申请强制执行。双方在执行干警的调解下，约定好还款计划达成和解协议，但吕某仅履行三个月还款计划，后续就消失不见。通过司法查询系统对吕某名下的财产进行查询，一直未发现有可供执行财产。此次执行行动中，根据申请执行人提供的线索，执行干警在家中发现返乡过年的吕某，并将其拘传到法院。</span></section></p><p 16px;">执行干警明确向其表示，“不管案件标的额大小，对于拒不履行给付义务的被执行人，法院就会依法采取强制执行措施”。申请执行人杨某与被执行人陈某租赁合同纠纷一案中，陈某务工期间租赁杨某城内房屋居住，双方约定租金半年后支付，租赁合同到期后，陈某以“工资到账后立即给付”为由搪塞，杨某多次进行催要，陈某在数日后竟直接玩起“失踪”。后，杨某将其诉至我院，经依法判决其仍未履行，杨某遂向我院申请强制执行。案件进入执行程序后，经线上查询被执行人财产情况，收获不大，陈某甚至更换了手机号码，执行干警几次登门都未能寻得其行踪。</span></section></p><p
