丰县法院让37名农民工过上“安薪”年

16px;">2023年11月至2024年9月，王某等37名工人在某工程项目做外墙保温、真石漆安装工作，工程完工后，尚有30余万工资未发放。王某等人先后向重庆某建筑材料有限公司等多家公司讨要，但各公司间互相推诿、拒不兑现，眼看年关将至却迟迟拿不到工资款，心焦的王某等人将上述公司诉至丰县法院。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">时值年关岁末，为解决部分农民工的忧心事、烦心事，丰县法院持续开展“冬日暖薪”专项行动，对拖欠农民工工资案件优先立案、优先审理、优先执行、优先发放案款，切实保障农民工合法权益。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="margin-bottom: style="letter-spacing: 0.034em;">调解中心迎来了关键的调解会议，丰县法院联合住建局、涉案公司和农民工代表齐聚一堂。史庭长依据相关法律法规，展开了耐心细致的调解工作，逐步明确了“工程款由谁发放”这一根本问题，并达成了由涉案三家公司共同支付意向。</span></span></p><p><section style="text-align: style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em;">协议约定，由三家涉案公司春节前支付26万元工资，剩余的12万元于2025年5月1日前支付完毕。</span><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 16px;">“我们把每个人每笔账的兑现时间列得清清楚楚，就是让农民工朋友能够安心、放心回家过年！”史庭长表示。<span style="letter-spacing: 0.034em;">除了高效务实的行动，还要有看得见的保障，为此，护薪团队专门制作《应偿还工资明细表》，并在现场开展释法明理，让涉案农民工事心双解。</span></span></p><p
