16px;">经调查，刘某对其驾驶的小型面包车未投保交强险及商业险。事故发生后，刘某及其家人多次前往医院看望张某，并垫付医疗费6万余元，另外道路救助基金垫付医疗费4万余元。法官在接到该案后，出于慎重考虑，实地走访了解原被告境况，发现刘某家庭并不富裕，再拿出如此高额的赔偿款确实难以为继。同时，张某因为治疗也已用尽了家里的积蓄。<br/></span></p><p 16px;">鉴于案件事实清楚、权利义务关系明确，为减少当事人诉累，快速化解这起纠纷，承办法官征得双方同意后，邀请徐州市人大代表、丰县人力资源办公室主任史慧英一起进行联动调解。调解过程中，承办法官与人大代表从多方面、多角度耐心地向原被告双方释法析理。承办法官向双方详细讲解了相应的法律、司法解释的规定及判赔标准，并综合本案实际情况提出了调解方案。同时人大代表利用多年从事人社工作积累的丰富经验，通过“零距离”“背对背”调解，劝导双方权衡利弊、互谅互让。经过法官与人大代表的不懈努力，最终张某同意减免赔偿金额，刘某也当即给付赔偿款11.5万元，并返还道路救助基金垫付款项。双方当事人握手言和，并对法官和人大代表连声感谢。</span></p><section
