border-box;">一直以为自己还年轻，参加高考仿佛是去年的事情，十八岁仿佛就在昨天，转眼间已经到了三十而不惑的年纪。在ICU工作了6年后，来到新的工作岗位--“麻醉科”。在这里，我感触最多的就是，手术室这个特殊场所是患者性命相托的地方。这里工作节奏快、强度大、专业性强、技术要求高，对我来说是一个新的起点。我深知在这里必须具备良好的身体素质和过硬的专业的技能，以及强大的心理素质。</p></section></section></section><section border-box;">我的重要工作职责之一是在恢复室配合麻醉医师进行术后患者管理，根据患者的具体病情和生理指标进行调整麻醉机参数，同时还要根据患者的年龄、手术情况等调整输血、输液…...随时观察患者的疼痛程度和意识状态，帮助患者平稳、舒适、安全地醒来。由于之前具有ICU护理专业多年工作背景，我对于术后患者生命体征监测和护理是游刃有余的，然而随着学习的不断深入，我才认识到这仅仅是麻醉护理工作中的一部分。</p></section></section></section></section><section border-box;">参与的是耳鼻喉科的手术，看着带教老师轻而易举为病人扣面罩做正压通气，潮气量瞬间达到了400ml，等到我扣的时候使出浑身解数，手都要废了，潮气量才几十毫升，那一周我十分苦恼于此，下了班我也会在网上搜索相关操作技巧，我深知“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，不放弃任何一个手术间有全麻手术为患者扣面罩的机会。功夫不负有心人，经过一周的努力实践，终于能轻松为患者扣面罩了！术中我和麻醉医生配合气管插管，严密监测病人生命体征，有创血压监测，病人气管导管通道监测，呼吸运动，出入量的严格监测，保障病人术中的安全。</span></p></section><section
