visible;">公开招聘是事业单位择优进人的主要途径，涉及广大应聘人员平等就业权益。通知明确，除事业单位领导岗位和涉密岗位外，事业单位管理岗位、八级及以下通用类专业技术岗位、二级及以下工勤技能岗位和普通工岗位招聘人员，原则上应参加事业单位人事综合管理部门组织的统一公开招聘。设区市以下事业单位人事综合管理部门应积极组织事业单位参加省级统一公开招聘，必要时也可以分层级分类别统一组织。事业单位主管部门要加强组织协调，招聘人数较少的事业单位，除招聘高层次人才或紧缺专业人才外，原则上不开展自主招聘。</span></section><section 2px;">一、加强公开招聘工作统筹，防止和解决公开招聘工作过于分散带来的问题。除事业单位领导岗位和涉密岗位外，事业单位管理岗位、八级及以下通用类专业技术岗位、二级及以下工勤技能岗位和普通工岗位招聘人员，原则上应参加事业单位人事综合管理部门组织的统一公开招聘。设区市以下事业单位人事综合管理部门应积极组织事业单位参加省级统一公开招聘，必要时也可以分层级分类别统一组织。事业单位主管部门要加强组织协调，招聘人数较少的事业单位，除招聘高层次人才或紧缺专业人才外，原则上不开展自主招聘。省人事考试机构为各地各部门事业单位公开招聘集中提供考试命题和考务服务。</span></section><section 2px;">五、建立严格的事业单位公开招聘工作常态化监管制度，对发现的问题及时纠正、严肃查处。各级党委组织部门要将事业单位公开招聘工作开展情况纳入选人用人专项检查范围，对监督检查发现的违规招聘问题，按照有关规定核查处理。事业单位主管部门对所属事业单位自主组织的公开招聘或参与的部分招聘环节工作，要加强组织领导、监督管理，指导事业单位认真落实各项招聘政策规定，依法行使用人自主权，营造风清气正的选人用人环境。</span></section><section
