border-box;">传统腹腔镜阑尾切除术多采用三孔法，减孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术将手术切口数量减少为2个，切口总长度由原三切口的约3-3.5cm左右减小为两切口总长度约1.5-2cm左右，使患者的创伤更小，切口数量的减少又具有较好的美容效果。该术式的另一优点是即使术中发现不适宜减孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术可直接转为传统方法的腹腔镜阑尾切除术。</p><p style="white-space:
