border-box;">麻醉手术科副主任耿川介绍到，患者常年高位截瘫，麻醉实施风险极大，术中容易出现药物不良反应甚至造成呼吸衰竭心跳骤停的严重后果，根据患者身体情况，颈部以下高位截瘫，但患者尚对疼痛有一定反应。损伤平面以下血管扩张，会出现体温下降，但是损伤平面以下汗腺停止分泌，又会出现体温升高，患者体温变化调整不当也会给患者带来危险，同时还要警惕患者自主神经高反应性，避免血压的异常升高而不可自身调控。</p></section></section></section><section
