Microsoft YaHei;"> 今年以来，江苏省丰县公安局常店派出所结合辖区面积大、中小企业多、人口流量大的特点，围绕“基础牢、出事少、治安好、群众满意”目标，坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”，将警务前移，用心用情用力解决企业“急难愁盼”，全力护航地方经济高质量发展，着力打造护企惠企安企的“平安前哨”。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family:微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> 针对辖区企业多、村镇覆盖面广的特点，该所坚持加强安防宣传，对防范电信网络诈骗、消防安全、安全生产等常识进行宣讲，并适时组织开展应急疏散演练、消防自救演练等活动，不断增强企业员工的安防意识，拧紧企业安全生产发展的“链条”，为企业创造安全的发展环境。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family:微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> 今年以来，该所紧盯电信网络诈骗发案态势，开展反诈宣传进园区、进企业、进车间等活动。投入警力460余人次，深入园区企业开展专题反诈讲座10余次，发放反诈宣传资料8300余份，辖区企业建立微信反诈宣传群52个，累计发送防范电诈信息210余条，辖区内电信诈骗类发案数环比下降27.52%，企业员工安全感大幅提升。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family:微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> 为全力护航企业安全发展，确保企业有序生产经营，常店派出所按照“市县主战、派出所主防”要求，瞄准“偷盗抢”等多发性各类涉企违法犯罪警情“一盯到底”，全面实施“即案即侦、快侦快破、即破即追”办案模式，破案率和追赃挽损率实现“双提升”，切实维护好企业的合法权益和市场秩序。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family:微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> 常店派出所教导员贾仰明介绍说，今年以来，该所帮助辖区企业挽回经济损失130余万元，网上接受企业咨询服务200余件，有效降低涉企案件发案率，刑事案件立案数同比下降15.28%，违法犯罪警情数同比下降26.14%，矛盾纠纷同比下降30.04%，连续3年均实现下降。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;font-family:微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> 今年6月，该所下辖的丰县高新区数字警务综合服务中心投入使用，为企业发展精准提供便捷高效服务。中心按照“专业+机制+大数据”新型警务运行模式，整合警务资源，主动靠前服务，着力解决企业面临的难点痛点堵点问题。自投入使用以来，先后服务园区企业700余家，帮助80多名企业员工办理车驾管业务，化解各类矛盾纠纷130余起，员工获得感、幸福感、安全感和企业满意度持续上升。
