style="font-size: 14px;">1、年满16岁周岁的中国公民和外籍人士，可凭本人有效二代身份证（军人证或护照）申办丰县图书馆读者证。年龄在15周岁及以下的读者，可凭监护人有效二代身份证（军人证或护照）申办丰县图书馆读者证。每人限办一张读者证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">2、本馆读者证采取自助办理和人工办理相结合的方式。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>（二）读者证权限、费用及借期</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">权限：可在少儿阅览室、文博书房、综合阅览室借书，一次最多借4本（绘本、报刊、杂志、<span style="text-indent: 2em;">地方文献除外）；在文博书房、电子阅览室、地方文献及丰籍作家作品阅览室阅览文献。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">费用：押金100元/证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">借期：30天，借期内可续借1次，期限为30天；免工本费、免注册费。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>（三）挂失、补证、退证</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">1、挂失</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">如读者证不慎遗失，读者需先将借阅的文献归还，并携带办证时的有效身份证件到总服务台办<span style="text-indent: 2em;">理挂失手续。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;">2、补证</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;">如需补证，读者应先提出补办申请，并携带办证时的有效身份证件到总服务台办<span style="text-indent: 2em;">理补证手续。补证时需缴纳补卡费10元。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span
