red;">2024年6月27日，一对老年夫妇到王沟镇营业所办卡，经询问，老人自称收到税务机关短信，需办卡退税。营业主管王超立马提高了警惕，进入大厅与老人交流。关注到老人随身携带了4部智能手机，沟通得知老人常在抖音快手上打赏，结合短信内容，怀疑老人被骗。王超迅速将情况报告辖内派出所，并向客户讲解此类电信网络诈骗套路。通过民警与网点员工近五十分钟的沟通劝说，老人才相信自己被骗了。此次警邮合作成功为老人挽回8.4万元损失。</span></p><p>2024年6月28日，客户杨某到师寨镇营业所，称要给朋友转账，需提额。柜员孔晴按照规定，核实信息，发现账户近两日交易的收款人明显增多，涉及多个地区，并且客户拒绝告知详情。期间，客户不停查看手机，情绪异常，要求尽快提额。工作人员担心其被电信网络诈骗，立即联系辖内派出所。在公安民警和网点工作人员耐心劝说引导下，成功为客户挽回5万元损失。</p></section></section></section></section><section
