1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #4f81bd;">调整范围对象为</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">我市2024年6月30日前已办理住房公积金缴存登记（开户）的各缴存单位及其在职职工，以及自愿参加住房公积金制度的灵活就业人员。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">此次住房公积金缴存基数为职工本人2023年度月平均工资额。2024年度缴存基数上限按30452元执行，下限参照职工基本养老保险缴费基数下限执行；如职工实际工资确实低于养老保险基数下限，经所属管理部审核同意后可据实调整，但最低不应低于本市本年度最低月工资标准。灵活就业人员缴存基数由个人按照其月平均收入计算，也可参照其社保缴费基数，同时不得低于2024市公积金中心公布的缴存基数下限、不得高于上限，月平均收入低于当年缴存基数下限的按照下限执行。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">据介绍，职工月平均工资额＝职工年工资总额÷实际发放工资月数。职工年工资总额按照《国家统计局关于认真贯彻执行〈关于工资总额组成的规定〉的通知》文件规定计算，机关事业单位按照《关于调整市直机关事业单位人员工资计提基数的通知》（徐财预〔2019〕16号）文件规定计算。计算住房公积金月缴存额时，单位缴存部分和职工缴存部分以“元”为单位，计算结果分别四舍五入到元。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">缴存比例方面，职工个人和单位住房公积金缴存比例：机关事业单位各为12%，企业等其它单位各为5%－12%；职工个人和单位缴存比例应保持一致，同一单位的全部缴存职工缴存比例应保持一致；灵活就业人员住房公积金缴存比例为10%－24%，由其本人自主确定。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">单位和职工调整后的缴存基数和缴存比例自2024年7月起执行。2024年7月至调整办理当月期间少缴的住房公积金，单位在调整后应予以补缴。</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;"></span></p><section style="font-size:16px;">1.单位版网厅用户登录后，按系统指示进行缴存基数调整和基础信息核对。非单位版网厅用户到本单位缴存银行拷贝调整相关数据信息和核对单位信息，按要求填列后到缴存银行办理住房公积金缴存基数调整手续。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">如单位基础信息与公积金系统记录不一致，进行年度基数调整时需同时变更基础信息；如单位经营地址在本市跨区变动，需同时变更所属管理部。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">2.缴存基数、缴存比例无变化的单位仍需按规定报送2024年度住房公积金基数调整汇总审核表进行年度核定，同时对以前留存的基础信息进行核实，基础信息有变化的要及时变更。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">3.已开户单位缴存住房公积金确有困难需要降低缴存比例的，按照相关规定到所属管理部办理审批手续，但职工和单位缴存比例均不得低于5%。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color:#4f81bd;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">灵活就业人员办理基数调整</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">灵活就业缴存人可通过“手机公积金”APP自行完成年度基数、比例调整；或者本人持身份证件到缴存银行办理住房公积金缴存基数调整手续。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 5px;margin-right: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">至年度缴存基数调整结束时仍未进行调整的正常缴存的灵活就业缴存人，且其缴存基数低于当年基数下限的，公积金中心将按照基数下限为其调整基数。</span></p></section><section data-role="paragraph"><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;outline:
