17px;">一、报名条件及有关政策</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (一)符合以下条件人员，可以报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.具有中华人民共和国国籍；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.拥护中华人民共和国宪法，享有选举权和被选举权；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 3.具有良好的政治、业务素质和道德品行；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 4.具有完全民事行为能力；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 5.具备全日制普通高等学校法学类本科学历并获得学士及以上学位，全日制普通高等学校非法学类本科及以上学历并获得法律硕士、法学硕士及以上学位，全日制普通高等学校非法学类本科及以上学历并获得相应学位且从事法律工作满三年。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》实施前已取得学籍（考籍）或者已取得相应学历的高等学校法学类本科及以上学历毕业生，或者高等学校非法学类本科及以上学历毕业生并具有法律专业知识的，可以报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 报名人员户籍在放宽条件地方的，可以将报名学历条件放宽为高等学校本科毕业。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （二）有下列情形之一的人员，不得报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.因故意犯罪受过刑事处罚的；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.曾被开除公职或者曾被吊销律师执业证书、公证员执业证书的；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 3.被吊销法律职业资格证书的；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 4.被给予二年内不得报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试处理期限未满或者被给予终身不得报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试（国家司法考试）处理的；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 5.因严重失信行为被国家有关单位确定为失信联合惩戒对象并纳入国家信用信息共享平台的；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 6.因其他情形被给予终身禁止从事法律职业处理的。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 已经取得A类法律职业资格证书的，不得报名参加2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 不符合法律职业资格考试报考条件的人员，已经办理报名手续的，报名无效；已经参加考试的，考试成绩无效；已经取得法律职业资格证书的，由司法部作出撤销授予法律职业资格的决定，并注销法律职业资格证书。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （三）尚未取得学历学位的应届毕业生报考政策要求</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试报名时已经完成学业但尚未取得学历学位证书的全日制普通高等学校、军队院校2024年应届本科、硕士及以上学历毕业生（包括专升本、第二学士学位、专升研，下同），继续教育（包括网络教育、成人教育、开放大学等）的2024年本科毕业生，以及参加高等教育自学考试单科成绩已全部合格且本年度内能取得本科毕业学历人员，符合《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》第九条或者第二十二条、第二十三条规定的专业学历条件情形的，可以报名参加2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.全日制普通高等学校、军队院校2025年应届本科、硕士及以上学历毕业生，可以报名参加2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试。其中：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 根据《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》第二十二条、第二十三条规定，适用“老人老办法”专业学历条件或者符合申请享受放宽政策的2025年应届毕业生，应获得全日制普通高等学校、军队院校本科、硕士及以上毕业学历。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 根据《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》第九条规定，适用“新人新办法”专业学历条件的2025年应届毕业生，应获得全日制普通高等学校法学类本科毕业学历和学位或者法律硕士、法学硕士及以上毕业学历和学位。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》实施后取得学籍的军队院校2025年应届毕业生，应获得军队院校全日制本科及以上毕业学历和学位。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （四）2023年客观题考试保留有效成绩人员报考</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2023年客观题考试成绩达到全国统一合格分数线或者放宽合格分数线的人员，其合格成绩在2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试有效。其中，达到全国统一合格分数线的，可在2024年主观题考试报名时确认参加主观题考试，符合放宽政策的可同时申请享受放宽政策；达到放宽合格分数线的，可报名参加2024年客观题考试和主观题考试，或者在2024年主观题考试报名时确认参加主观题考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （五）使用汉文或五种少数民族语言文字试卷参加考试</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 报名人员应选择使用汉文试卷参加考试，也可以选择使用蒙古文、藏文、维吾尔文、哈萨克文、朝鲜文五种少数民族语言文字参加考试。使用少数民族语言文字的考生可选择使用汉文试卷参加考试，主观题考试阶段使用五种少数民族语言文字中的一种作答，实行同等的少数民族语言文字试卷合格分数线政策。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 香港、澳门和台湾居民可以选择使用简体汉字或者繁体汉字填报本人信息和作答。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="color: rgb(235, 74, 67);"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">二、客观题考试</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （一）报名方式与时间</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2024年国家统一法律职业资格客观题考试实行网上报名，报名时间为6月14日0时至6月30日18时。报名人员应当在规定期限登录司法部官网（www.moj.gov.cn），按照网上报名要求、流程及步骤填报个人信息。逾期不予补报。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （二）报名材料</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 报名人员报名时应当具有以下材料：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.有效居民身份证。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.毕业证书。本人毕业证书应当能够在中国高等教育学生信息网查询或认证。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 3.学位证书。本人学位证书应当能够在中国高等教育学生信息网查询或认证。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 4.申请享受放宽政策人员，须具有放宽报名学历条件地方户籍。网上报名时，应上传户口簿首页及本人页电子照片。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 5.电子证件照片。报名人员应当提供符合规定格式（宽413像素×高626像素）要求的本人近三个月内彩色（红、蓝、白底色均可）正面免冠电子证件照片。此照片将作为本人准考证、考试成绩通知单、法律职业资格证书唯一使用照片。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 6.司法行政机关要求的其他材料。报名人员应当如实、准确填报个人信息，对报名信息作出真实有效承诺，并对填报材料实质内容的真实性负责。普通高等学校、军队院校2025年全日制应届本科、硕士及以上学历毕业生网上报名时，应当签署《应届毕业生承诺书》。高等教育自学考试单科成绩已全部合格且本年度内能取得毕业证书的人员网上报名时，应当签署《单科成绩已全部合格承诺书》。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 持港澳台或国外高等学校本科及以上学历学位的报考人员，其学历学位证书须经过教育部留学服务中心认证。其中，除申请享受放宽政策人员外，《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》实施后取得学籍的港澳台或者国外学历学位人员，须取得经过教育部留学服务中心认证的高等教育法学（法律）类本科及以上学历学位。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 报名人员填报虚假信息或以其他方式骗取报名的，司法行政机关将按照《国家统一法律职业资格考试违纪行为处理办法》等规定进行处理。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （三）交纳考试费及选择报名地</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 报名人员应当按照报名地司法行政机关公告的标准和支付方式交纳考试费。客观题考试网上交费截止时间为7月5日18时。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 报名人员可选择在各省（区、市）和新疆生产建设兵团司法行政机关设置的考区进行报名。交纳客观题考试费后，不得更改报名地。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 选择使用少数民族语言文字参加考试的需在设置相应考点考场的考区报名。内蒙古自治区设蒙古文考点考场，西藏自治区、青海省设藏文考点考场，新疆维吾尔自治区设蒙古文、维吾尔文、哈萨克文考点考场，吉林省设朝鲜文考点考场。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （四）考试内容与科目</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 国家统一法律职业资格考试实行全国统一命题。司法部制定并公布的《2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试大纲》作为命题依据。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2024年客观题考试共两卷。分为试卷一、试卷二，每张试卷100道试题，分值为150分，其中单项选择题50题、每题1分，多项选择题和不定项选择题共50题、每题2分，两张试卷总分为300分。具体考查科目为：</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 试卷一：习近平法治思想、法理学、宪法、中国法律史、国际法、司法制度和法律职业道德、刑法、刑事诉讼法、行政法与行政诉讼法</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span 2024年主观题考试实行计算机化考试，试题、答题要求和答题界面均在计算机显示屏上显示。应试人员应当使用计算机鼠标及键盘在计算机答题界面上直接作答。考试系统支持5种输入法:搜狗全拼输入法、QQ全拼输入法、谷歌双拼输入法（微软双拼方案）、搜狗五笔输入法（86版）、极品五笔输入法（86版），应试人员使用其中输入法作答，港澳考区的应试人员也可选择使用仓颉输入法和速成输入法。考试系统不支持手写板、语音等辅助输入设备与软件。</span></p><p 香港、澳门特别行政区永久性居民中的中国公民和台湾居民，可以报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 司法部在香港、澳门特别行政区设立考区，举行考试。香港、澳门考区考试的具体工作，由香港、澳门特别行政区有关机构承办。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （一）报名信息</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 香港、澳门和台湾居民报名时须如实填报以下信息，并作出承诺。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.身份信息。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （1）香港、澳门居民。应使用香港、澳门居民身份证和香港、澳门居民来往内地通行证（回乡证）或者港澳居民居住证报名。不能填报来往内地通行证（回乡证）或者港澳居民居住证相关信息的，应在网上报名时间截止前，向香港或澳门考试承办机构提交由特别行政区身份证明机关出具的未放弃中国国籍的相关证明。香港居民也可以提交根据香港法例第十一章《宣誓及声明条例》作出的证明其未申请放弃中国国籍的法定声明。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （2）台湾居民。应使用台湾居民居住证或者来往大陆通行证（台胞证）报名。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.学历信息。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 香港、澳门和台湾居民持内地（大陆）高等学校学历学位证书报名的，可以直接填报相关信息；持香港、澳门、台湾地区或者国外高等学校学历学位证书报名的，其学历学位证书须经教育部留学服务中心认证，符合报考学历学位条件的，可以报名参加国家统一法律职业资格考试。国（境）外学历学位认证的具体要求，可以查阅教育部留学服务中心网站（zwfw.cscse.edu.cn）。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （二）报名方式及交费</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.报名方式。香港、澳门和台湾居民参加2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试，实行网上报名。逾期不予补报。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.报名及审核。香港、澳门和台湾居民选择在香港、澳门考区报名参加考试的，由香港、澳门考区考试承办机构核验相关信息，并在规定时间办理交费和自行打印准考证事宜；选择在内地（大陆）报名参加考试的，应当按照报名地司法行政机关的公告办理有关报考事项。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （三）考试地点</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.在内地（大陆）报名的，应当在报名地司法行政机关设置的考点参加考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.在香港、澳门考区报名的，应当在香港、澳门考区考试承办机构设置的考点参加考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 3.居住在台湾或者国（境）外的台湾居民网上报名时，可以选择在广东省深圳市考区或福建省厦门市考区参加考试。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 香港、澳门和台湾居民参加2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试的其他事宜，按照《国家统一法律职业资格考试实施办法》及年度考试公告和通知有关规定执行。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="color: rgb(235, 74, 67);"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">五、法律职业资格审核认定</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2024年法律职业资格考试成绩合格人员，经审核符合资格授予条件的，由司法部授予法律职业资格，颁发法律职业资格证书。具体事宜由司法部另行公告。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 普通高等学校、军队院校2025年全日制应届本科、硕士及以上学历毕业生，参加2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试成绩合格且获得相应学历学位后申请授予法律职业资格事宜，由司法部另行公告。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 法律职业资格证书的适用范围及管理，按《法律职业资格管理办法》及司法部和最高人民法院、最高人民检察院等部门的有关规定执行。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="color: rgb(235, 74, 67);"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">六、其他事宜</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （一）符合条件的报名人员，因不具备网络通讯条件或其他无法自行操作等原因不能完成网上报名或自行打印准考证的，可在规定期限内到报名地司法行政机关办理。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （二）现役军人应当通过司法部官网进行网上报名、交纳考试费、打印准考证，并到地方司法行政机关设置的考区参加考试。现役军人报名参加考试的其他事宜，按照司法部和中央军委政法委员会有关通知要求办理。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （三）2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试不公布试题及参考答案。主观题考试成绩公布后，应试人员对考试成绩有异议的，可自考试成绩公布之日起15日内，向报名地司法行政机关提出分数核查的书面申请。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （四）国家统一法律职业资格考试组织实施相关规定出台前，适用原国家司法考试相关规定。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> （五）司法部制定并公布的《2024年国家统一法律职业资格考试大纲》可作为应试人员备考依据。司法部和各地司法行政机关不举办考前培训班，也不委托任何单位进行考前培训辅导。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">
