66);"><strong>涉嫌侵犯女童肖像权、名誉权和隐私权，女童家长可以去法院起诉，要求停止侵害、消除影响、赔礼道歉、赔偿损失等。</strong></span>此外，行为人涉嫌违反《治安管理处罚法》，公安机关可对行为人治安处罚。根据《治安管理处罚法》规定，偷窥、偷拍、窃听、散布他人隐私的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款。</span></p><p
