170);">二是着力规范竞争。</span></strong>顺应我国数字经济发展新特点、新趋势、新要求，完善各类网络不正当竞争行为认定标准及规制要求。明确了仿冒混淆、虚假宣传等传统不正当竞争行为在网络环境下的新表现形式，列举了反向刷单、非法数据获取等新型网络不正当竞争行为。并设置兜底条款，为可能出现的新问题新行为提供监管依据。<strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">三是加强消费者权益保护。</span></strong>回应社会关切，对当前我国线上消费中侵害消费者权益的刷单炒信、好评返现、影响用户选择等焦点问题进行规制，为解决线上消费新场景新业态萌发的新问题提供政策支撑。<strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">四是强化平台责任。</span></strong>督促平台对平台内竞争行为加强规范管理，同时对滥用数据算法获取竞争优势等问题进行规制。<strong style="outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 122,
