line-height: 3em;">张玮是彭阳县红河镇宽坪村人，大学毕业后去到彭阳县一家企业工作，两年后父亲生病，张玮辞职回家照顾父亲。“我父亲之前是一名乡镇工作人员，我从小在农村长大，父亲当时就建议我回到乡村。”</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; line-height: 3em;">2020年10月，张玮通过公开招考，成为杨坪村党支部书记。“一开始到村里的时候，因为不是本村人，大家都有点不接受我，说难道村里没人了吗，怎么让一个外面的女娃来当村书记，还说肯定干不长久。”</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;
