wrap;">二是坚持“打非治违”长效机制，按照“标本兼治、综合治理、疏堵结合、依法监管”原则，以构建平安、有序的交通运输高质量发展为目标，持续采取定点检查、流动稽查等方式，深入开展非法违法道路运输行为专项整治行动。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">三是在重点打击“黑车”、非法网约车、非法巡游出租车、违规违法的`（旅游）包车、班线客车、非法运输危货车辆等非法违法经营行为的同时，加大宣传工作力度，提高广大群众对非法营运行为危害性的认识，提醒群众自觉拒绝乘坐非法营运车辆，提高自我保护意识，同时呼吁社会公众拒绝乘坐“黑车”，共同营造安全、文明、畅通、有序的交通运输环境。</p></section></section></section><section
