0);">草长莺飞二月天，拂堤杨柳醉春烟。近日，丰县复新河沙庄桥国考断面，杨柳青青，春水荡漾，一艘艘货船缓缓驶过，几只白鹭自由纷飞。丰县生态环境局水生态环境科科长王绍美来到这里查看水质状况。2023年度，丰县大沙河华山闸断面、复新河沙庄桥国考断面均值达到Ⅲ类水标准。两个省考断面水质稳定达标，1个县级集中式饮用水水源地水质达标率100%，地表水环境质量改善幅度在全省63个县（市、区）中位居榜首。</p></section></section><section style="letter-spacing:2px;">复新河从南到北贯穿丰县流至南四湖，是丰县防洪、排涝、灌溉的骨干河道。针对沙庄桥断面水质一直不达标问题，丰县举全县之力，邀请专家“把脉会诊”，找出问题短板，制定达标办法，排定了45项水污染治理工程。全县设置27个县级考核断面，每月定期进行手工监测，及时通报监测结果，并将达标率列入全县高质量发展绩效评价中。</span></p><section 0);">水环境污染问题在水里，根子在岸上，想要治水就要从源头抓起。为控源截污，做好源头防控，丰县开展了工业污染专项整治。全面掌握辖区内重点工业污染源，尤其是涉污水排放企业，逐一制定问题清单，实行挂图作战、定点清除。记者在江苏弘德环保科技有限公司采访时了解到，这里的各类生产废水均采取“分类收集+分质预处理+综合预处理+生化处理+深度处理回用”工艺，经厂区污水处理站处理后全部回用不外排，实现清洁生产。</p></section></section><section style="letter-spacing:2px;">农业面源污染专项整治中，丰县通过实施测土配方施肥、有机肥替代化肥、耕地质量监测、水肥一体化建设等措施减氮控磷增钾。依托高标准农田建设，在欢口镇刘大庄村实施1000亩农田退水示范区建设项目。在顺河镇建设1座集中粪污处理中心，年处理畜禽粪污20万吨，将全县的养殖污染物、秸秆、液态污染物加工处理再生成有机肥后还田，增加当地土壤的有机质。专门成立秸秆离田工作领导小组，聚焦复新河下游一、二级水面及南支河、梁西河、沙支河等重要调水通道，确保区域范围内离田率达到100%，2023年全县共完成小麦秸秆离田收储16.16万亩。</span></p><p
