2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">面对村集体收入的窘境，王屯村班子痛下决心，誓要摘下“集体经济薄弱村”的帽子。借着省、市、县三级“集体经济薄弱村提升行动”的东风，王屯村打响了全镇集体经济薄弱村提升行动“第一枪”。</span></p><p style="text-align:center;"></p><p 0);">村“两委”班子组建工作专班，全面盘算家底；依托党员大会、主题党日、协商议事会等广纳壮大村集体经济思路；采取党群共商、入户走访、现场学习的方式，收集了包括水稻种植、蔬菜大棚、土地流转、乡村旅游等致富“金点子”50多条。其间，王屯村先后6次组团到兄弟镇村调研，学习党支部领办合作社、“合作社+农业企业+农户”模式，在挖掘出本村资源优势的同时，积极探索村集体经济发展新途径，想方设法找到适合本村实际的增收路径。</span></p><section red;">自经济薄弱村提升行动开展以来，丰县第一时间形成工作专班，制定《全县经济薄弱村提升行动实施方案》（初稿），印发《“1+3”工作机制促进农村集体经济发展实施方案》。工作专班入镇进村，开展蹲点式调研，结合村级实际梳理形成《基本村情清单》《发展需求清单》，为104个经济薄弱村逐个找出“病灶”，打开经济薄弱村发展思路，变“拖拽赶路”为“政策指路”，不断强化村级集体“造血”功能。</span></section><p style="text-align:center;"></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">“要拔穷根，必须发展产业；发展产业，必须结合农业；结合农业，必须立足实际。”工作专班为王屯村增收致富量身定制了发展思路。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">“县里的指导思路与我们不谋而合，让我们吃下了‘定心丸’，发展产业的底气也更足了。”有了大方向，王屯村“两委”在促进村集体经济发展上达成了共识。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">高效开展土地流转，将一块块的碎片田通过土地平整，合多为一，集中统一管理；试种草莓和水稻，建立无公害优质稻米高标准农田，采取“党支部+合作社+农户”模式发展订单农业；建设标准化蔬菜种植大棚，邀请县镇农业生产、产业培育等方面的专家教授和上游企业负责人，对蔬菜种类、种植结构、销售途径等进行“把脉问诊”。</span></p><p
