Roman;">)</span>举报涉邪教人员现行传播歪理邪说，诱骗、胁迫他人加入邪教组织或阻止他人退出邪教组织的线索；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (三<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">)</span>举报涉邪教组织人员散布反动言论，张贴、散发、携带、私藏邪教反宣标语、书籍、传单、光盘、资料等反宣品线索；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (四<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">)</span>举报涉邪教组织人员在学校或者其他教育培训机构宣扬邪教，以及向未成年人宣传邪教的线索；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (五<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">)</span>举报利用通讯、网络宣扬邪教教义，制作、传播宣扬邪教的电子图片、书籍、刊物、音视频，利用<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">QQ</span>、微信、抖音、微博等网络社交媒体宣扬邪教内容的线索；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: <strong>三、奖励措施和标准</strong><o:p></o:p></span></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 举报线索经公安机关查证属实的，视情予以表彰奖励。奖励标准主要有：</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (一<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">)</span>发现涉邪教活动线索，及时报警或举报，积极配合公安机关开展侦破工作，经查证属实的，视情奖励人民币200至<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">500</span>元。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (二<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">)</span>发现邪教人员张贴、散发、投递邪教类反宣品等非法活动时，直接将其扭送公安机关，或协助公安机关直接抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人的，视情奖励人民币<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">500</span>至<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">1000</span>元。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> (三<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">)</span>根据举报的重要线索，抓获邪教组织活动策划者、组织者、指挥者或各层级骨干的，视情奖励人民币<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">1000</span>至<span style="font-family: Times New <strong>四、法律责任</strong><o:p></o:p></span></section><section style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 举报人需如实反映涉邪教违法犯罪活动线索，如发现借举报之名实施诬告陷害他人，敲诈被举报人，编造、传播虚假信息，谎报警情等行为的，公安机关将依法追究相应的法律责任。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="line-height: normal; text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">
