2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">为保持春节期间价格稳定，进一步规范市场价格秩序，维护消费者合法权益，营造良好消费环境，现就规范我县市场价格行为作出如下提醒告诫：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">一、严格遵守《中华人民共和国价格法》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》《规范促销行为暂行规定》等法律法规规定，切实加强价格自律，不得违反自愿、平等、公平、合理、诚实信用、质价相符原则，依法合理制定价格，自觉维护良好的市场价格秩序。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">二、严格执行明码标价规定，要以显著方式明码标价，明确标示价格所对应的商品或者服务。不得在标价之外加价出售商品，不得收取任何未予标明的费用；不得利用虚假的或者使人误解的价格手段，诱骗消费者或者其他经营者与其进行交易；进行价格比较的，标明的被比较价格信息应当真实准确；没有合理理由，不得在折价、减价前临时显著提高标示价格并作为折价、减价计算基准；不得采用无依据或者无从比较的价格，作为折价、减价的计算基准或者被比较价格；坚决禁止“反向抹零”行为。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">三、各旅游景区景点要严格落实门票价格及其优惠减免政策并在显著位置公示，不得设定歧视性价格政策，严禁通过各种违规形式变相提高门票价格。景区景点内商品零售网点、游乐设施、导游讲解等均应明码标价。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">四、宾馆酒店、餐饮等服务行业要依法明码标价，不得拒绝或不履行价格承诺，严禁收取未标明的费用；宾馆住宿场所提供客房用品收费的应标明收费范围、收费标准，提供洗涤订票等有偿服务的应标明收费项目及收费标准等信息；餐饮单位提供鲜活产品等价格变动频繁的商品不得使用“时价”等模糊语言标示，应当明确标明当日价格或当时价格；不得使用欺骗性或者误导性的语言、文字、计量单位等诱导消费者进行交易。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">五、客运、公交等交通行业经营者要严格执行国家票价政策并做好价格公示工作，严禁超过政府定价擅自涨价、价外加价。机动车停车场要按照规定的方式明码标价，并按照定价形式制订和执行收费标准。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">六、各行业协会或相关单位要积极引导经营者合法经营、加强价格自律，共同维护市场价格秩序，不得组织经营者串通涨价，操纵市场价格。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">七、根据《中华人民共和国价格法》《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》等法律法规规定，经营者违反明码标价规定的，最高处以5000元罚款；构成价格欺诈的，最高可处50万元罚款；对捏造、散布涨价信息，哄抬价格，囤积居奇，推动商品价格过快、过高上涨的，最高可处300万元罚款；对相互串通，操纵市场价格造成商品价格较大幅度上涨的，最高可处500万元罚款。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;letter-spacing: 2px;">经营者要对照上述要求，加强自查自纠，规范价格行为。市场监管部门将加大市场巡查检查力度，严厉打击不明码标价、价格欺诈等价格违法行为。对情节严重、影响恶劣的价格违法行为，将从严从重查处并公开曝光。消费者若发现违法线索，请及时拨打12315热线投诉举报。</span></p><p style="text-align:right;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom:
