15px;">2024年1月24日，江西省新余市一临街店铺发生特别重大火灾事故，造成39人死亡，9人受伤。1月19日，河南省南阳市方城县独树镇英才学校宿舍楼发生火灾，造成13名儿童死亡，1名儿童受伤，令人十分痛心!为深刻吸取事故教训，从严从实抓好校园消防安全工作，各地要举一反三，按照冬春消防安全防范工作部署，指导督促各级各类学校及校外培训机构加强消防安全管理，强化主体责任落实，采取严密安全防范措施，坚决遏制重特大事故发生，确保校园和师生安全。现将有关工作通知如下：</span></p><p><span 15px;">学校包括公办、民办、学前教育及高等院校，以及全市校外培训机构。</span></strong></span></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="font-size:15px;">三、自查内容</span></strong></section><p><span style="font-size:15px;">重点检查是否落实消防安全管理责任和管理制度；是否依法依规办理合法手续；</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong>是否存在学生宿舍住宿人员超过标准问题</strong></span><span style="font-size:15px;">；</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong>是否在学生宿舍外窗否设置铁栅栏</strong></span><span style="font-size:15px;">；</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);"><strong>是否存在违章搭建；是否存在堵塞、占用和封闭安全出口、疏散通道的问题</strong></span><span style="font-size:15px;">；是否针对夜间住宿特点制定应急疏散预案并组织培训演练；是否明确夜间值班教职工、保安、宿舍管理员等扑救初起火灾和组织疏散的工作分工；是否按要求设置消防设施并确保完好有效；是否存在违规用火用电用气和违规采用易燃可燃装修材料问题。</span></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="font-size:15px;">此自查表由学校校长（学校包括公办、民办、学前教育及高等院校）、培训机构法人签字盖章填报，一式3份，1份单位留存，1份报当地消防部门，1份报当地行业主管部门。针对自查发现的消防安全风险隐患各单位要及时采取整改措施，落实隐患整改，各级消防、教育等部门将对有关单位自查情况开展督导检查。</span></p></section></section><section
