丰县着力提升县镇村寄递物流服务水平

15px;">一是打造县级快递共同配送中心。按照县委县政府工作要求，丰县着力推进城乡物流县镇村三级物流体系建设，投资2.5亿元建设县级快递分拨中心，投资2000余万元建设快递自动分拣线和快递自动集包线各一条，建成县级公共分拣中心和客服中心。二是完善乡镇农村物流服务站。在全县12个镇设立镇区公共服务站，设立126个村级服务点，通过辐射延伸，基本实现行政村全覆盖。三是开发本地电商平台，优化村级电商物流服务网点。推动农村社区服务中心与村邮站、商超等末端服务网点融合发展，实现村级邮件代收代发、网络代购代销等服务功能叠加，构建“县镇村”商品及农副产品流通网络。</span><span 15px;">开通公交带件配送模式。将公交运行网络和物流配送网有机结合，以城乡配送中心为核心，充分利用现有公交车辆、公交运营网络，增设农村交通物流服务功能，将公交旅游线路和村级物流配送线路有机结合，利用公交车配送小散货件进城下村，开通“交游融合、交邮融合”示范线路10条。运行城乡货运专线。投资250万元，购置12台纯电动箱式货车，开通城乡公共货运专线，采用定时定班模式，进行快递和大件货物配送，在满足快递进村的情况下，搭建便捷高效的城乡物流公共配送体系，有效提升农村物流配送能力，2023年通过公交代送快递17088件，城乡货运专线配送快递1186111件。</span><span 15px;">为提升邮件处理能力，丰县积极探索邮政快递和民营快递在同一条自动分拣线进行混检，由于物流公司分拣线使用菜鸟系统，如何和邮政新一代系统兼容，实现统一混检在全省还是首例，没有成功案例可以借鉴。为突破技术障碍，积极对接国家邮政总公司技术人员，联合菜鸟技术人员共同开展技术攻坚，经过夜以继日的奋斗，成功完成了技术兼容，成为全省首例邮政快递和民营快递同线混检，分拣时效由原来人工分拣件6000件/小时提升到1.2万件/小时。同时，为提升邮政业务出港集包能力，物流公司投资1500万元建设自动集包线一条，日分拣能力达20万件，两条自动分拣线投入使用，极大程度提升进出港邮件分拣时效，2023年共计分拣进港件1300万件，出港819万件，为服务地方发展作出了较大贡献。</span><span 宋体;">积极探索交通运输与邮政寄递业融合发展，实现合作共赢，丰县邮政公司和县政府培育的农村物流龙头企业交通物流公司开展深度合作，由交通物流公司承接邮政公司快递分拣、邮件揽收、客服服务、村级快递配送等业务，物流公司利用进村车辆承担快递揽收，有效降低整体配送成本、分拣成本，截至12月底，物流公司实现邮政业务收入419万元，加上其它配送收入，整体项目从原来亏损变成盈利，邮政公司将相关服务外包物流公司，整体运营成本降低60万元运营成本，通过自动化分拣作业、混合收寄等，生产指标有较大提升。</span><o:p></o:p></span></section><section
