powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>丰县招商场创业示范孵化基地致力于为青年学子创新创业铺路搭桥，为他们提供展示和对接的平台，成为了青年群体劳动致富的“共享空间”。东大社区团支部主动为就业创业青年派送各种实惠的“服务大礼包”。从工商注册、法律咨询到申请小微企业贷款，社区都主动提供帮助。</p><p>“每当我们有需要时，团组织总是能雪中送炭。一时解决不了的问题，也会帮忙多次协调。”李鹏说。除此之外，东大社区还辅以开业补贴金、免收后勤保障服务、免费提供广告支持等优惠措施吸引人才就业创业。截至目前，<span powered-by="xiumi.us">来自各行各业的青年群体在招商场创业就业，他们能力强、要求高、点子多，但也面临着工作任务繁重和压力大的生活困境。如何创新团组织生活形式，既要符合有主题、有讨论、有共识的要求，又要符合他们的需求和特点，是摆在东大社区团支部面前的一大难题。从“服务缺失”到“按需服务”，东大社区团支部书记王浩见证了这种转变，“我们前期进行了摸底调研，亮出服务楼宇品牌，实现由青年点餐向团组织配餐、送餐转变，向楼宇青年辐射了更多正能量。”<br/></p><section
