border-box;">流淌在这座城市里的碧水清波，蕴藏着人民群众的美丽愿景。近年来，我县引水润城，将护城河“死水”变“活水”，有效保障了护城河的常态化补水，为城区水环境的持续改善注入强劲动力，实现“清水绕城”美景；积极推进四联河灌区续建配套与节水改造项目，涉及赵庄镇、首羡镇等区域农田22.5万亩，目前已建设包括西支河站在内的17座渠系建筑物；丰县苗城灌区更是荣获了国家级节水型灌区的荣誉称号……</p><p border-box;">面对极端天气，如何进一步提升城市防洪排涝韧性能力？我县不断完善预警预报体系，构建1小时防汛应急响应圈，通过动态梳理排查，全县共识别出易淹易涝积水点64处，为确保排水畅通、减少内涝风险，先后实施了香榭里路、帝前河、城西一号沟、卜老家大沟等4座强排泵站，并对香榭里路雨水管网进行系统改造，降低了城市内涝发生的可能性。</p><p style="white-space: justify;">2023年，我县在涵养水源上久久为功，在排查整治上持续用力，不断提升水资源节约集约利用水平，系统推进水资源水生态水环境持续改善。大沙河草庙水源地环境整治及生态修复工程全面铺开，为水源地生态修复奠定了坚实基础；西支河小流域治理项目圆满完成，有效提升了区域水土保持能力；复新河黄楼闸上新建了华楼闸、华楼桥，为改善复新河流域水环境提供了有力支撑……</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;text-align: justify;">排水管网犹如一座城市的“毛细血管”，健康状况关乎整个城市生态文明和可持续发展，并对城市防汛排涝起到关键作用。2023年，我县对174公里市政管网进行了清淤修复，包括3385座城区收水井和3310座雨污水检查井，全面优化了市政管网的运行效能。同时，在城区南部、西部及四号沟涵、五号沟涵处建设了分布式处理设施，完成了城区四号沟、五号沟涵闸出水口改造，这些工程将进一步改善水环境质量，提升居民生活品质。</p></section></section></section><section
