254、丰黄路等交通干道和复新河、苗城河等水系穿境而过，交通便利、水源丰沛。孙楼街道拥有木楼梯扶手、板皮加工、电动车、食用菌、芦笋、果树种植等特色产业。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;">近年来，孙楼街道依托区位优势，积极谋求经济高质量发展，大力打造集医疗、教育、旅游、交通等配套完善的高品质南部新城。237国道孙楼段、中国木楼梯产业园、中国农产品批发市场、丰县毓秀中学、“江苏省生态文明村”朱尧社区等相继建成并投入使用，有效推动了百姓安居、就业富民全面发展。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
