SimHei;"><strong>二是细化道路安全管控。</strong>公安部门要根据气象状况和预警信息及时实行交通管制，通过视频巡查、路面巡查相结合的方式做好道路限速、交通疏导、事故“快处快撤”等工作，避免发生交通事故或长时间大面积拥堵。在浓雾天气下禁止长途客车、旅游包车、危化品运输车辆进入高速公路，必要时关闭高速入口。交通部门要强化对客运企业的安全提示，组织冬季运营车辆车况检查，检查营运单位、驾驶人员是否掌握雾天驾驶规定以及不同天气环境下的安全运行要求和应急避险措施。水上交通、农业部门要及时做好水上交通安全防范，利用信息化平台及时推送预警信息，严格督促在航船舶主动采取锚泊扎雾等措施，防止船舶碰撞。民航、公路客运企业要及时采取措施保证运输安全，根据航班、车次变动情况妥善安置滞留旅客。</span></section><section></section><section><span
