省税务局 关于扩大阶段性缓缴社会保险费政策实施范围等问题的通知》(苏人社发〔2022〕70号）、《省人力资源社会保障厅 省发展改革委 省财政厅 省税务局 关于进一步做好阶段性缓缴社会保险费政策实施工作有关问题的通知》（苏人社发〔2022〕128号）要求，缓缴三项社保费的用人单位，可根据自身生产经营状况，向社会保险经办机构提出申请，在政策到期后采取分期或逐月方式，于2023年12月底前将缓缴的社会保险费补缴到位，有条件的用人单位可一次性补缴到位。补缴期间免收滞纳金。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:
