16px;">现在我县小麦处于越冬期，是巩固苗情基础，防冻保苗的关键时期，这一时期的管理要点，以防冻保苗为主，全面加强麦田管理，对播种早、密度大的旺长麦田可适时适度进行镇压，压麦时要注意选择晴天进行，土壤过湿不压，麦叶冰冻时不压，土块过硬不压。在冬季要因苗施好腊肥，冬前群体偏小，基苗肥施用量不足，已开始脱肥落黄的晚麦，弱苗田块应尽早追施腊肥，每亩用5-10斤尿素，在雪雨前撒施 ，有利于促进冬季转化，春季早发，提高分蘖成穗率，增加成穗数，另外要加强配套田间沟系，沟系配套利于旱灌涝排，渍害是影响小麦高产的重要障碍因素，部分田块沟系不健全、不配套，存在着小麦遭受渍害的风险。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
