2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">经询问得知，当天中午马某在朋友家中吃饭，期间喝了一两多白酒，结束后和朋友一起相约去东关大桥钓鱼，驾车去取鱼竿途中，被执勤民警查获。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
