62);">会议由副市长、市公安局局长杨健主持，市公安局党委委员、政治部主任黄玉柱同志作全市见义勇为工作的情况报告，市政府办公室副主任任其亮同志传达《省政府关于表彰第十三届全省见义勇为英雄模范和先进个人的决定》，宣读表彰全市见义勇为先进个人的决定。市见义勇为基金会理事长张军宣读奖励“夏季治安打击整治专项行动”有功人民群众的决定。会上，邱国权、刘运春、董星星等29人被授予（追授）“徐州市见义勇为先进个人”荣誉称号。27名在“夏季治安打击整治专项行动”中表现突出的有功人民群众被表彰奖励。省、市级见义勇为先进个人潘磊、郑磊，见义勇为人员遗孀渠美英3位同志在会上发言。</span></p></section></section><section 41);"><strong>一要弘扬新风正气，持续引领见义勇为良好社会风尚。</strong></span>要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，把深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于见义勇为的一系列重要论述，作为推动新时代见义勇为事业发展的行动指南和根本动力，在深学笃行中坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”，始终保持见义勇为工作正确的政治方向。要充分运用传统媒体、新媒体等宣传载体和图书、影视等文艺作品，积极举办见义勇为表彰会、先进事迹报告会，广泛宣传党委政府的激励政策，不断提高见义勇为先进事迹的覆盖面和感染力。要充分发挥见义勇为表彰奖励的引领示范作用，提升表彰效果，以榜样人物影响人、感召人、带动人，推动形成好人好事层出不穷、善行义举普撒大地的生动局面。</p></section></section><section 41);">二要完善制度机制，不断加强见义勇为权益保障支撑。</span></strong>要完善及时发现机制。要进一步拓宽见义勇为善举的发现途径，及时掌握日常生活中涌现出的“凡人义举”，及时发掘群众身边看得见、学得到的“平民英雄”，努力做到第一时间掌握、第一时间确认。要完善表彰奖励机制。坚持实时表彰与集中表彰相结合，对事迹特别突出或经媒体报道、有较大影响的善举行为，开辟“绿色通道”，实行“一事一奖”、“特事特办”，形成“奖励一人、带动一批、影响一方”的良好局面。要完善服务保障机制。全面落实《江苏省见义勇为人员奖励和保护工作条例》，关爱、优抚、善待、保护见义勇为人员，决不能轰轰烈烈表彰过后就无人问津，消除英雄仗义出手的后顾之忧。</p></section></section><section 41);">三要凝聚工作合力，协同推动见义勇为事业长远发展。</span></strong>要做好融合文章。将见义勇为事业置于全市发展大局中来谋划，作为社会治理现代化和精神文明建设的重要内容来推进，不断创新理念思路、体制机制、方法手段，全面整合资源力量，推动完善“党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障”的见义勇为工作格局。要积极发动群众。创新完善群众参与见义勇为的组织形式，最大限度把群众动员起来、组织起来，激发广大群众的主体意识和主人翁精神，在主动参与、积极支持、自觉践行见义勇为的行动中体现人生价值、贡献更多力量。要夯实基层基础。加强见义勇为组织建设，进一步完善市、县、镇、村四级见义勇为工作机构，发展和壮大见义勇为志愿者、网格员和信息员队伍，不断完善推进保障体系。</p></section></section></section><section style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">149人</span></strong>。奖励各类有功人员<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">956人</span></strong>，发放奖金<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">681.42万元</span></strong>。全市见义勇为人员与违法犯罪作斗争<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">713起</span></strong>，协助公安机关破获案件<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">514起</span></strong>，消除公共安全隐患<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">112个</span></strong>，抢险救灾、救助救人<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">270起</span></strong>，挽回经济损失<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">1500万元</span></strong>。全市各级见义勇为组织持续深化出行优待、游园免费、健康保险、教育优抚、红色休养、精准帮扶“六项优抚”和“一对一”跟踪服务等措施，固化重大节日必访、突发困难必访、思想波动必访、重病住院必访的“四必访”工作制度，不断推动权益保障多样化、系统化，努力把权益保护各项工作做深、做细、做实。近三年来，共走访慰问见义勇为人员及其家属<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">706人次</span></strong>，发放慰问金<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64, 41);">194.39万元</span></strong>，发放困难家庭救助金<strong><span style="color: rgb(228, 64,
