#000000;">据了解，10多年前，北关村（现汇丰社区）是信访矛盾突出、环境脏乱差、班子软弱涣散的“烂摊子”。赵峰从事社区工作以来，推动党建工作与社区建设互融共促，因地制宜创建“五情五强”党建品牌，打造2600平方米具有民族特色的党群服务中心，设置民俗、科普等场馆，让居民有了休闲娱乐好去处。针对社区拆迁任务重、矛盾纠纷多、环境整治难等突出问题，充分发挥组织引领和党员示范作用，组建“汇丰暖流”党员志愿服务队，列出“为民服务五项清单”，及时回应居民关切，“有困难找红马甲”成为社区群众的口头禅。</span></p><section #000000;">赵峰把社区居民当成自家人对待，把社区工作当成自家事来办，掏心窝子办实事。他带领汇丰社区“两委”坚持兜住、兜准、兜牢民生底线，采用“政府补一点、社会捐一点、个人掏一点”方式打造社区幸福驿站，聚力创新，带领乡亲走上村企共富之路。他为辖区60岁以上老人提供助餐服务，让老年人准点吃上热乎饭。为改变社区“脏乱差”现状，集中开展电路私搭乱扯整治、破损路面修整、地下管网修复等工作，居民生产生活条件得到改善。近年来，为彰显民族特色文化，社区累计投入资金超亿元，实施清真寺整修、“红石榴家园”建设等项目，打造“古韵凤城—护城河”景观、民族风情园商业街区。</span></p><section 2px;">老北关村经拆迁征地，辖区内企业所剩无几，以地租为主要来源的集体经济严重下滑。通过多方调研、征求意见，赵峰认为，必须盘活资产！只有让钱“动起来”，才能让钱“活起来”，面对这个现状，赵峰确定“牢牢把握民族特色、大力发展现代服务业”工作思路，组织辖区40余家餐饮经营户到西安、开封等民族特色小吃街实地考察，仅用6个月的时间，建成凤城美食城并投入使用。</span></span></p><section
