2px;"><strong>二是畅通购药流程。</strong>以参保患者为核心，实现医疗机构处方信息、医保结算信息和药品零售销售信息的互联互通、实时共享。参保人员在定点医疗机构就诊时，在医疗机构药品库存不足的情况下，由医保医师开具电子处方，医疗机构将电子处方上传至医保电子处方流转平台，参保人员凭医保电子凭证等有效证件到定点零售药店购药，定点零售药店从医保电子处方流转获取处方，药店执业药师审核后，为参保人员配备处方内的药品，发生的医保内药品费用按医保政策结算。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong>三是强化工作督查。</strong>紧紧围绕电子处方中心建设目标任务，对照工作方案和计划安排，抢抓序时进度，狠抓工作落实。建立工作督查机制，强化工作统筹督导、日常调度和督促检查，指导定点医药机构按期高质量完成系统接入工作。持续开展常态化工作调度，对各定点医药机构推进落实情况进行定期通报，并纳入考核范围。</span></p></section></section></section></section></p><p
