0px;">经查，2023年10月19日7时许，外省某麦芽厂委托物流公司货车司机蔡某某（男）驾驶载有33.96吨麦芽的货车到达青岛啤酒三厂，称重后等待卸货。12时20分许，青岛智和商贸有限公司（系青岛啤酒三厂外包业务公司）装卸工人崔某某（男）等3人卸载该货车所载麦芽，按操作流程，将货车车厢底部卸货口打开，麦芽自动流入卸货口外的传送带，由传送带运输至原料仓。12时40分许，在卸货过程中，崔某某与蔡某某因挪车问题发生口角。13时04分，车厢内剩余少量麦芽，需进行人工清理，崔某某攀入货车作业时在车厢内小便。蔡某某通过行车记录仪后摄像头发现崔某某行为，用手机翻拍视频后上传至个人抖音账号。经公安机关调查，崔某某具有故意损毁财物的违法行为。10月22日，平度市公安局依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，对其予以行政拘留。<p
