style="font-size:16px;">省民政厅、省慈善总会、国网江苏省电力有限公司近期在全省联合开展“慈善光伏照万家”乡村助困项目，由省、市、县（市、区）慈善总会共同出资，为省内有需求且符合条件的农村低保家庭安装不低于3KW的分布式光伏发电设备，或在符合安装条件的村（居）公用住房屋顶等其他可利用空地建设小型光伏电站，增收收益用于慈善帮扶，<strong>计划用3年时间对全省1万户农村困难低保家庭实施定向帮扶</strong>。我市具体实施如下：</span></p><section style="font-size:16px;">一是为自有住房条件符合光伏设备安装要求的低保家庭免费安装分布式光伏设备，解决家庭用电的同时获得一定的发电收益资助；</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">二是由各地慈善总会设立的基层慈善工作站在符合安装条件的村（居）公用住房屋顶或其他可利用屋顶建设小型光伏电站，增收收益用于为符合项目救助条件的低保家庭提供持续帮扶。低保家庭通过该项目获得的慈善资助，在核查其家庭经济状况时，不计入家庭收入。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 16px;caret-color: red;">三是通过公开招投标选定的光伏设备供应商，按照项目实施要求，及时进行设备安装，并由供应商负责后期运维；</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;caret-color:
