16px;">在教学过程中，胡连成老师注重学生问题意识养成和理性思维培养，强调在问题中思考、在思考中成长。结合乡村学校的教学现状，胡连成老师开展了问题情境教学研究，主持了“徐州市初中数学胡连成名师工作室”和“胡连成情境数学乡村教师名师工作室”的教研活动，发表了有关“情境——问题——思维”系列研究论文，研究成果获江苏省教学成果二等奖和徐州市教学成果一等奖。他先后被评为江苏省教学名师、江苏省教科研先进个人、江苏省教育家型教师培养对象等荣誉称号，是丰县农村学校的第一位正高级教师。</span></p></section></section><section
