制作技艺始于清朝后期。如今正骨白鸡膏药已经有200余年的历史传承，主要作用为活血化瘀、消肿止痛、接骨续筋，在接骨完成后帮助伤患更好更快地恢复如常。正骨白鸡膏药2014年被收入《丰县文化遗产概览》，作为非遗文化保护工程。</span><br/></section></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: justify;margin-bottom: 16px;">目前，李玉振已独立行医19年，“白鸡膏药到我这里已经是八代传承，我儿子算第九代传承人。在传承过程当中，我的祖辈也在不断地通过实践改善膏药配方。黑膏药就是在我外祖父的指导下，为了辅助正骨白鸡膏药更好地产生疗效，被我父亲研究制作出来的。”</section></section><section style="text-align: 16px;">在祖辈与父辈家人的影响下，李玉振在行医空暇期间经常阅读各类骨科等相关医学书籍，并时常外出学习与考试。“学无止境，虽然我们的膏药传承了很多年，但随着时代的发展，很多知识理论体系相比以往会有不同，也更加完善。如果我们不积极学习，那就没办法更好地帮助患者康复。理论永远是实践的基础。”李玉振告诉记者，“每次外出学习，我都会有很多收获，同时一些专家教授也会和我交流与互享接骨技术等专业知识，在这个过程中我感觉受益匪浅。”<br/></section></section><section 16px;">在不断地学习与实践中，李玉振在2020年开始实施微伤、轻伤、中伤、重伤四级分治，改变了长久以来白鸡膏药“伤轻伤重一服药”的“墨守成规”式制药敷药，使白鸡膏药走向精细、精准的发展轨道，正式步入辩证施治的中医殿堂。</section></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: justify;">“在改变药方配比之前，我其实十分纠结，因为祖辈传下来的配方大家都不敢轻易改动。但在学习过程中，我听取了很多专家教授的意见，再结合我多年行医的实践，最终决定改变‘一服药方配到底’的方式，进行‘四级分治’式治疗方式。”李玉振回忆道，“所以我们现在都是先看骨折情况，然后现场配制白鸡膏药。真正做到对症下药，这样也使很多小伤以及轻微骨折病患的花费也少很多。”<br/></p></section><section
